Before work starts

Full refund of the setup payment if you cancel before we start building your website.

After work starts, before launch

Partial refund, minus the work already completed.

After your website is live

The setup fee is non-refundable.

Monthly plan

Cancel anytime. Cancelling stops future charges. There are no refunds for a month already paid or partly used.
